Booking Policy

To secure your grooming appointment a $100 booking fee is required via Pay ID or Direct Transfer at the time of booking.

This fee is deducted from your total cost on the day of the appointment.
It is non-refundable if:
• You fail to attend your appointment
• You cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us manage our schedule and provide the highest level of care for all our furry clients.

One-on-One Grooming Appointments

We offer one-on-one grooming appointments to provide a calm, fear-free, positive and focused environment for your pet. However, please note that while your dog will receive individual attention during their grooming session, we cannot guarantee that no other dogs will be present on the premises at the same time.

If your dog is nervous, anxious, or reactive, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss suitable options that will best meet their needs.

We offer both Private One-on-One Coaching and Group Workshops, tailored to suit your needs. Choose from Half-Day or Full-Day sessions, guided by our qualified and experienced Fear-Free Certified Dog Groomers and Trainers.

Hi, I’m Adonis – a qualified, experienced dog groomer and proud owner of Circle of Fluff Dog Grooming. With a deep passion for animals and a commitment to ethical, holistic grooming practices, I’ve dedicated my career to providing dogs with the highest standard of care in a calm, loving, and cage-free environment.

I bring not just technical expertise but also a deep understanding of canine behaviour and body language. I tune into each dog’s energy and emotional needs, ensuring a fear-free, stress-free grooming experience.

I operate under the Pet Industry Association of Australia (PIAA) National Code of Practice and hold both a valid Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
