We offer one-on-one grooming, which means your dog gets our full attention in a calm, low-stress environment. Because of this, our schedule fills up quickly—often 1–2 months in advance.

To make things easy and stress-free for everyone, we strongly recommend booking your next appointment at pick-up.

Here’s why booking ahead matters:

• Keeps your dog on a consistent grooming routine

• Saves you from long wait times (sometimes 3–4+ weeks)

• Helps us plan our schedule efficiently and fairly

Clients who want a regular rotation (every 6–8 weeks) must book before leaving. Most of our clients book 6–12 months in advance, and that’s how they always get the spot they want.

If you choose not to pre-book, that’s totally okay—but availability will be limited, and you may need to wait longer or be flexible with times and dates.

Life happens, and we always try to accommodate the occasional change. However, frequent rescheduling makes it difficult to serve everyone, especially with a full waitlist of clients ready to take open spots.
